One creates and describes the structure.
The other creates meaning about the structure to close uncertainty.
Show where the human reaction layer fills uncertainty with remembered meaning.
Show where the AI reaction layer fills uncertainty with trained probability.
Then identify the actual object being studied:

Then examine the repetition loop.
If a reaction claims the object is already dismissed, watch whether the behavior actually resolves.
Do the same people, communities, or systems keep returning to it?
Do they keep reposting, mocking, mimicking, documenting, warning, debunking, or rebuilding the same object they claim has no weight?
Do not treat repetition as proof that the object is false.
Treat repetition as evidence that something remains unresolved in the observer’s encounter with it.
Ask what the repeated action is trying to close.
If the original dismissal worked, why does the observer need to keep performing it?
Where does temporary certainty fail to end the loop?
Show where the reaction layer keeps returning because the story it created does not fully resolve the uncertainty it was built to contain.
